It has a clean frame with only a spek of rust, not severe at all. The paper cone is also in good condition-it has a tiny glued patch on the back near the edge, but it too is not severe at all. Clean wiring lugs. DMM measured voice coil: 3.6 ohms. Mounting holes are at 8 1/4 inches on center measured diagonally. The speaker has Zenith number 343640 printed on the magnet frame.
