Description: Original c.1897 cabinet photo of Mary Constance Rignall Wheeler (1855-1942) with her nieces, Constance B. Wheeler (1887-1974) and Mary S. Wheeler (1885-1974), the daughters of Doctor John Brooks Wheeler. One of the girls - Constance, I think, is holding a little kitten in her lap. The family was from Burlington, Vermont. Cabinet card is about 6.5" x 4.25" and is in excellent antique condition.
