The dust jacket is sunned, has shallow bites to the upper edge and has the publication date (corresponding to the review slip) written on the spine. While the copyright page says 1964 this title was actually not published until 1967. This is a scarce review copy with the original slip from Random House present and in equally beautiful condition.
