Description: The water-blue base plate has been combined with a black boiler housing and silver-coloredengine plate. The flywheel is painted black. The technology of this engine represents acombination of types D 20 and D 16, enhanced by a number of technical refinements. The brassboiler is nickel-plated. The condensed water is fed to a tank hidden behind the boiler house,causing the chimney to smoke realistically. The engine plate has a dynamo to supply current tothe streetlight. The streetlight is modelled on an industrial streetlight from the turn of the centuryand shines on the flywheel during operation. Water drainage cock, spring safety valve, steamwhistle with chain, hand wheel shutoff valve for steam, steam jet oiler, and attractive piston rodsof galvanized die cast metal. Height, including smoke stack, is 11.5”. Base dimensions: isapproximately 14”X12.5”.Condition:The D18 is very good condition; however it is used.
