Because most of my items are over 100 years old expect to see some age-related wear or a little imperfection here/there, especially antique lace or fabric. I PURCHASED IT FROM AN ANTIQUE AUCTION IDENTIFIED AS VICTORIAN BOG OAK OR WHITBY JET. THE BEADS AND THE CROSS ARE LIGHT IN WEIGHT. IN WONDERFUL CONDITION FOR BEING SO OLD. JUST NORMAL WEAR ON THE BEADS AND THE CROSS. THE CDV PHOTO THAT CAME WITH IT APPEARS TO BE A YOUNG GIRL WITH EXACTLY THE SAME NECKLACE. IN PERSON IT SEEMS MUCH LARGER THAN WHAT'S ON HER BUT THE PHOTO COULD HAVE MADE IT SEEM THAT WAY. WHAT'S THE ODDS THAT IT'S EXACTLY LIKE IT IF IT'S NOT THE SAME ONE...RIGHT?
