Description: Original owner now selling #134 (out of 250) of Wendy Lawton's Limited Edition Gigi and Gigot of the Best Friends Collection. Gigi, a turn-of-the-century French school girl, stands at 9 inches tall and comes on a spring-jointed hand-carved wooden body with a porcelain face and hands. She wears a turn-of-the-century-style pink dupioni silk middy trimmed in black. Her glass eyes are a rich dark violet, and she comes with a delicate hand-tied dark brown human hair wig. Gigot is a black standard poodle and wears a collar studded with rhinestones and has a red leash. Also included are the certificate of authenticity and silk and dye information card. Doll and poodle are in excellent condition. Comes with original box. There is some damage to the box (please see reference photo). I am also including some bonus items! With Gigi and Gigot, you will also receive a Lawton Doll Company Collectors Guild 2002 Tiny Dress Mannequin in the original box, a set of Lawton Doll Company postcards (set includes Gigi and Gigot), and the Toy Shoppe 2004 "A Doll's World" doll and toy catalog featuring Gigi and Gigot on page 56.
