This is a comic-sized softcover trade paperback, with light cardstock covers, and contains color pages. This book collects issues #1-5 of the 'WEIRD SCIENCE-FANTASY' series published by Gemstone in 1992-3, which reprinted the classic comics originally published by EC Comics in the 1950s. (When the stories were originally published in the 1950s, the issue numbers were #23-27 from that series.) The creators for the stories contained in the book include Jack Kamen, Wally Wood, Al Feldstein, Al Williamson, Ray Bradbury, Bernie Kriegstein, Joe Orlando, Otto Binder, Reed Crandall, Marie Severin. This copy was never owned by a consumer. It was bagged upon receipt, and sat in a store backstock box since that time. The book would grade at around FN/VF, with light general handling and shipping wear, and general light edge wear, with a light crease on the front cover (also affects the first few pages), a small tear on the front cover), a light crease down the back cover of the book (which also affects the last few interior pages), a wrinkle on the back cover, light smudging on the covers, and other light marks. The pictures show the actual copy that the winner will receive. The book will be bagged and boarded, and will be carefully packed for shipping.
