Bastogne walnut (English and claro walnut hybrid) semi-inlet wood gunstock machined for the graceful and elegant Ruger model 1 single shot rifle. Classic style sporter rifle gunstock with shadowline cheekpiece, quarter sawn, honey gold to brown wood colors, strong fiddleback figure - will make a very flashy gunstock set. Buttstock has a few minor check/voids (repaired) - Please see yellow arrows. 11 3/8" long model "B" type forearm. This gunstock was basic machined from a 28-year-old air dried blank. This Ruger Number 1 single shot rifle semi-inlet wood gunstock was basic machined on a custom built Hoenig-Rodman gunstock duplicator. This gunstock has a small (undersized starter) barrel channel.
