Wall Mount Bracket for Star Wars BMF Millennium Falcon 2008 TLC VC Smugglers Run

Description: Please read this full description before purchasing. This listing is for a wall mounting bracket that holds the beasts: the 2008 Legacy Collection Big Millennium Falcon, and the Vintage Collection Smuggler's Run Millennium Falcon. These are the BIG Falcons that are roughly 22 inches wide by 32 inches long. No ship or figures are included - only the 3D printed mounting bracket and mounting hardware. I include an easy to use self tapping screw-in drywall anchor and screw with each bracket. All you need is a drill or even just a screwdriver! This bracket requires you to remove 3 of the original screws from your Falcon. Your ship will not be damaged by this bracket, it can only be damaged if YOU strip the screws or the screw holes. The bracket uses these 3 screw holes to secure the mount in place. If you are not comfortable removing these 3 screws, please don't buy this bracket! To Install:1. Attach the bracket to the wall. If a stud is available, pre-drill a hole smaller than the screw diameter into the stud and screw directly into the stud. If no stud is available, use the included heavy duty drywall anchor. The anchor is rated for 75 lbs. My personal installation is with the drywall anchor, it holds very well. But if you have concerns, find a stud. 2. Remove the lower gun and all landing gear. Stow them in one of the hatches on the ship, it has lots of storage space. 3. Clip in the 2 Landing Gear Spacers. Similar to the landing gear, they are "keyed" to only fit one way. They can go in either of the rear landing gear positions. 4. Remove the three screws shown in the photos. Place in a baggie and store in the ship so you don't lose them. Baggie not included. 5. Screw the mount into the BMF at the 3 locations indicated. Use the 2 long screws in the top two positions, and the shorter screw in the position towards the belly window. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. When they are just about snug and everything is properly positioned, STOP. 6. Hang your BMF by aligning the slot on the lower portion of the mount onto the hook of the wall bracket. Rotate as needed to adjust for level side to side. If it is off level top to bottom, you can try placing the landing gear spacers in the other available positions, or you can add padding under them against the wall to push it out more.
