Description: Here is the Koala figurine from the Tom Smith Party Cracker series of Safari Park. In the 70's, the Wade organization began producing figurines for groups of series that were included in boxes of Tom Smith “Christmas Crackers”. Originally, in general, each series or set was available for two years.The 1976-1977 set was known as Safari Park and consisted of ten figurines including: Lion, Tiger, Langur, Walrus, Koala Bear, Raccoon, Polar Bear, Musk Ox, Kangaroo and Orangutan. The Lion and Musk Ox were new figurines and the other eight were similar to “Whimsies” with color variations, most notable the Polar Bear was beige with the Koala Bear being dark grey and honey.Photos are of the items you will receive. As with all Wade figurines, there is a chance for a manufacturing flaw or loss of glaze so review photos prior to committing to purchase.Multiple Wade Whimsies purchases are combined for shipping.
