Description: Waco - Melody In Motion Willie The Whistler Hobo Clown Hand Painted Porcelain. This is a vintage estate find. Cosmetically, Willie is perfect. No chips or cracks. PLEASE READWillie is functioning as to movement (see video) his head moves side to side and he taps his foot. Sound... There is sound (a buzzing noise) (see video) coming from the speaker but he does NOT whistle as he is supposed to. Typically this is a simple repair by accessing the music box and put the rubber drive belt back on the recorder, however this requires you to pull the head and foot off. These are on quite snuggly so I did not want to risk breaking. The battery door is missing. The 4 screws that hold the bottom to the base are also missing. Consider this a PARTS ONLY sale. Keep as is or complete simple repairs. Will be shipped heavily padded in sturdy box.
