Description: Custom made skirt from the UK. It has never been worn. It has three parts were you can pull up the skirt and make it a hitch / bustle skirt. Please remember, the larger the size, you will have less "pleads" on the waistband. It is a heavy skirt that can be worn with a hoop skirt, but does not need to due to all the materials and weight. There is so much going on with this skirt. It has two pockets (one on each side), lace, tassels and so on. Pictures don't do it justice!! It comes with one black flower pin. Please see measurements.... Waist: This skirt has a drawstring that controls the waist, all the way pulled straight the waist is 39" (78" around). Please be aware this is a pull on skirt and has no more to give.....Lenght: 41".....
