Variances between sedans and convertibles are normally accommodated for with included extra wiring BUT there is always the chance you may have to do some very minor modifications (either shortening or lengthening a wire at worst). This kit is designed for a bone stock Beetle in the years listed - if you have changed to an alternator or different lights and so on, you may have to modify the affected areas.
