Description: VTG 30s Navy & White Patterned Rayon DressIn good vintage condition, with some flaws. The back neck closure has all the buttons, but the buttons loops are all broken & looks to have been closed using a safety pin instead. The bottom hem is loose in spots and has been hemmed up previously by hand and not done very well, so could use a resewing at hem line. There are a few brown stains on the front right side of skirt near the the seam in various spots. There is some slight discoloration on some of the white circles at the chest area & armpits and on the back upper area in various spots. Possibly other small snags, holes or spots that were missed.
