There is a belt for the waist, and this is the only piece of material that takes in at the waist.The measurements are as follows: Bust: 44 inches; Waist: 36 inches; Hips: are open and free!; Length: 57 inches. For showing purposes, there was a crinoline skirt added underneath the dress, to make the dress appear poofy. This crinoline skirt is not included with the purchase of the dress. Necklace is not included. No flaws seen in the dress, but please note the history behind the dress is not known, and may have had previous owner(s), so you may see very minor flaws from time to time. (As for this dress I really do not see any flaws).
