Not sure who or if remarkable records is a company or a statement. Cool character wearing "JAZZ" shirt holding barbell with 45 weights and a 33 1/3 weight pictured along with "Wm Box"(??not sure if that's the artist or some other odd mark). There was a strap that wrapped the side and snapped on front but is broke off and missing. Slight yellowing and marks. It measures 7 3/4" x 7 5/8" and is 2 1/4" deep.
