It measures about 25" by 12" by 4.5". The 25" is from the tip of the hanging flange to the bottom of the item. It appears this item could be handmade. The last supper picture under glass appears to be a lithograph on cardboard. The wood cross measures about 24" by 9.5". The INRI emblem on the top of the cross moves a little but stays straight when the item is hanging. The box measures about 12" by 8.5". There is a latch to hold the door up. There was a black wood crucifix inside which I figured was part of a last rites kit. It appears this entire item is in overall nice condition.
