Description: From my personal collection is this Vintage Museum worthy ICONIC Norma Kamali short Puffer Jacket. I purchased this coat in 1981 at Norma Kamali's store that was located on W 56th St and 5th Ave.( The store is now closed ) This 1981 time period that these Jackets and Sleeping Bag coats were first made are the most desirable as they are the originals from when Norma first started making these Sleeping bag coats. The Jacket has super exaggerated shoulders and really long sleeves that get cuffed up, is made of shiny Black Nylon. It is filled with Hollobond and has two pockets on the inside and outside with a 18 1/2" Black plastic zipper on the front.The Jacket measures Aprox: Sleeve 24" Sleeve uncuffed 32", Shoulder 6", shoulder to Shoulder 23", Chest 34", Hem 20" laid flat, 40" total, Length 22.5" Collar 2 1/2".The Jacket has the Coveted Original ( ON MY OWN ) OMO NORMA KAMALI Label. Here's your chance to get the ORIGINAL Norma Kamali Puffer Jacket made as the same time the Sleeping Bag coat was made.This Puffer Jacket is in the MET Museum in NYC! ( 8th picture ).
