The McCoy planter base appears to be weighted with plaster topped with quartz chip rocks. Two hand-painted small birds on branches sit embedded on either side of the lamp socket. They are not removable. There are two cracks, one on each front corner that does not affect the beauty of this piece and does not appear to affect the strength of the piece. McCoy marking on the planter bottom. Includes a shade that is not the original but is perfect for this piece. Does not include a bulb. Clips onto bulb.
