Description: For Sale is a:Vintage antique Art Deco Nouveau Markel style hanging light chandelier. It has 5 lights and is about 19" across and hangs about 38" from the ceiling. It works great as is shown in pictures. Please view all the pictures and enlarge as they are part of my description. Note: I insure ALL my lamps, NO extra charge to customer!! The items we sell here at Papa & Nana's Treasures come from many different sources (mainly Estates Sales) and are subject to show signs of age, use and wear. Because we sell almost all vintage items, they are sold "AS IS," and we always state if it is in working condition. Also, because we sell vintage items, it is impossible for us to know if the item came from a smoke and/or pet free home. So, PLEASE take this ALL into consideration before bidding. General selling/buying policies: Payment - Required within 3 days unless prior arrangements have been made. If not paid in that time, I will re-list on the 4th day and file an unpaid claim with eBay to get a refund on my fees. Shipping - My intent is not to make money on shipping, which is why I use the shipping calculator. I will ship international, but shipping will be more than what the calculator shows (it's only for the USA). Combined shipping - I am more than happy to combine shipping, if at all possible, but the buyer needs to request it. Returns - As for returns, I am only human so if I make a mistake in my listing and what you receive is not what I described in my listing I will be happy to issue a full refund (after item is returned). BUT I am sorry I am not a big retail store that can afford to accept returns just because a customer changed their minds after winning an auction. You see we that sell on eBay have to pay the fee's rather you pay or not so for that reason I will have to file a unpaid claim for people just deciding they can find a better deal or just change their mind.
