Description: You're looking at an unusual Midcentury era O.C. White desk lamp in very good working condition and dating to approx the 1940s - 1950s. The bulb currently installed is a black light but it can be fitted with a standard florescent bulb if desired. The original wiring is intact and in good shape. The inside of the shade possesses a mirror panel and there is a label on the underside of the base. Overall the patina of this lamp is very honest with wear commensurate with age including marks, scuffs, paint loss, scratches etc; which all add to the character and authenticity of the piece. The vertical post measures approx 11.25" tall and the horizontal arm measures roughly 11" including the shade. The shade is 12.5" x 3.25" and the footprint of the base is 6" x 4".
