Description: Vintage Holzkunst Christian Ulbricht wooden nutcracker, made in Germany. Stands approximately 14" tall and is a gentleman with a gray faux fur mustache + beard wearing a tam and holding a magnifying glass....I assume he is a detective or inspector (maybe even for Scotland Yards with the Scottish tam). He is in great, gently displayed condition, however there is some light general wear including a light surface scratch on one leg and also there is an small empty wooden peg on the front portion of the base, this leads me to believe that there was originally some other accessory.
