Description: Vtg Hanover LB Sheppard 2313 Oxblood Wingtip Dress Shoe Mens 9.5 D/B Made in USA. The shoes are in good shape. They have been refurbished to the best of my ability. The heel was replaced with a stacked leather heel and recycled tire rubber top lift. I have also added rubber 1/2 soles or sole savers to extend the life of the leather sole. The laces are new also. I added the metal aglets to yhe.. I'll include a 2nd set of laces with the purchase. The uppers have been conditioned and polished. See pics for details.
