Description: VTG Winter White Embroidered Woman’s Skirt has a waist of 38 inches so it’s close to a size 14. The skirt is 42 inches long with lacy hem tape at the bottom. Fabric is woven and is medium weight. Has back zipper and button closure. A-line style. There are two tabs at the back of the waist with button holes that look like they could be used to cinch in the waist if needed. Buttons would just have to be sewn onto the waistband. The entire skirt is handmade, including the embroidery on the front.
