Description: Up for bids is a Golden Retriever w Mallard Handmade Wood Burning Wall Art Plaque Sign M Andersen Stunning vintage hand made wood burning and carving Wood burning features a beautiful Golden Retriever retrieving a Mallard duck from the shallow water Piece was made with a combination of wood burning and carving techniques Made from a single piece of solid wood, looks to be white pine but i am unsure so have a look and come to your own determination as to what type of wood was used Signed by artist Marlene A. Andersen (as M Andersen) The artists business card is glued on the back - I've owned this piece for many years and kept it there - it can obviously be removed if you so choose MEASUREMENTS: Piece measures 9" long x 6" tall x 3/4" thick Would make a great addition to a Man Cave, Lodge, Hunting Cabin, Living room etc CONDITION: Piece is in very good pre-owned condition - it shows some light signs of wear from age - the most notable issue is some discoloration on the top of the wood (See photos 8 & 9) it is very possible this could be cleaned with some wood floor cleaner/polish but as i don't have any I decided to sell it as is.
