Never sold to the public but rather given as a promotional item with purchase of a G.E. Monitor Top Refridgerator. There were two slight variations through its 4 year production. The 14 fin later model and the 16 fin early model. This is a 16 fin early model. Refering to the fo-cylindrical compressor head on the top of the clock.
