Description: The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for a vtg. E.C. Brinkman pottery/ceramic square shaped wall clock. The clock is in good condition with no chips/cracks that I can see. There could be edge pottery scuffs; hard to tell sometimes as they could be pottery flaws. The clock may be a tan/cream color. I assume handmade. The clock is square shaped with a variety of impressed images: flowers, stars, maybe starbursts. It has a potmarked background and antique brown into all impressed areas. There are three impressed images of a character with a beard and moustache. It could be a character of the artist: not sure. When I purchased, clock did not work. I took it to a clock place to get a new movement keeping the original hands. I had it requartzed so should be in good working order. It's a matte surface. Dirty in crevices and in the clock hands area. The second hand may seem a bit bent upward but thats how it was when I had the clock repaired. The backside battery compartment movement has an attached hanging hook. Takes AA battery, not included. The backside has some brown semi circular lines, some white chalky areas and some muted light blue color. as found. Cool clock. See all pics for they are part of description.
