Description: This is a vintage carving of what appears to be a duck from San Martin Tilcajete in Mexico! This duck carving is somewhat large at a solid 12" long and a smidge under 6" tall at the highest point! Every inch of this lovely duck is hand-painted on hand-carved wood! The artist has signed the underside of the piece Agustin Vasquez Aquilas, S.N. Martin Tilcajete Oaxaca. This wood duck is in remarkably good condition with no major cracks or breaks, though there may be a couple of small chips here and there (it's quite hard to tell!). This is a lovely centerpiece for any table or desk! Comes as pictured!
