It does have a center hole for water drainage. Sticker on underside states “Made in Hong Kong”. The stand is in decent condition, but could use a good cleaning. There is some discoloration on top, which I assume is from water. Though all legs are attached, one has a very tiny amount of give. It will not detach, but does have a mini wiggle when tested.
