Description: Vtg Brass State of West Virginia American Legion Metal Pin, Shield Shape with "blue ribbon 40/8" and other designs. Approx 1.5 x 2 inches. Some of the lettering I can read such as Grande Voiture along top, State of West Virginia on round emblem, but can't make out all of it. The ribbon is too small but I see 40/8 on the ribbon part. I believe this is brass with the patina shown. Please see photos. Selling as is.
