VTG ‘83 CPK, FULLY WORKING! Wind-Up, Musical (“Rock-A-Bye, Baby”) Doll Swing

Description: A rare, vintage, fully working, 1983 COLECO Cabbage Patch Kids wind-Up Musical Doll Swing. Get your CPK swinging! This rare, wind-up musical swing, will lull your precious CPK baby with a gentle rock, to the classic lullaby tune of “Rock-a-bye Baby”. The swing features a sturdy metal frame which can be easily dismantled for storage and a plastic CPK green, plastic Cabbage Patch swing chair with original seat harness and decorated with CPK Logo stickers on the front top swing head assembly and side arm braces. The swing will be partially disassembled for shipping, but can be easily re-assembled with 4 screws to hold the front metal poles in place. This is an original Cabbage Patch doll accessory. CONDITION - Overall, this piece is in very good condition. There are no cracks or holes in the plastic seat, musical topper or plastic side braces. The music box works beautifully, and the motion of the swing is gentle and fully functional. The metal has mild oxidation in some areas. There is a small stain (2” x 1”) on the swing seat (please see pictures for reference). There is a small tear on the musical topper sticker, but it is otherwise in good condition. The torn portion is still firmly affixed to the topper. The handle for the winding mechanism is cracked and chipped, but still functions as intended. The chiming music is clear and crisp, and the wind up swinging motion is fully functional. This piece has been gently cleaned and ready to use!
