Fabric has a striping pattern effect. Wide elastic neckline, 2 bow accents, and lace trimmings. MEASUREMENTS bust- 34waist- 31"length- 13.5"sleeve length- 8"shoulder to shoulder (flat)- 16" Condition- Overall good pre-owned/ vintage condition. There are some small specks of discoloration and one area that may be a makeup marking. The elastic in neckline is a little loose, but stull has some stretch. The waist elastic stitching has lost its stretch. There are a few small snags. Please see photos.
