Description: Large round serving tray. Marked "Hand Forged", but no maker's mark. I was able to identify this exact pattern with another piece clearly marked Keystoneware; this is how I attributed to that maker. Motif is two lilies with a tulip. Hand-hammered with a crimped, raised rim. Center indented round "well" with two riveted handles. I always smile when I see these aluminum pieces from the post-WW2 era -- basically aluminum was cheap because of scrap military surplus, so the material was very popular. Dimensions: 17" wide diameter x 1" profile depth. Each handle extends out 2" x 4.5". With handles, tray is 19" wide with 2" profile depth. Indented well has a 7" diameter. Condition: Good giftable condition. Metal discoloratons as seen on second photo of center design motif. Scuffing and faint surface abrasions consistent with age and use. Otherwise, no reportable issues, such as pings, dings, bashes, unusual scratches, bends, monogram removals, or other blemishes.Unpacked weight: 1 lb. 6 oz.
