To be on the 5.8 GHz wavelength means you're on a much less trafficked area of the bandwidth than both the 2.4 GHz and 900 MHz products occupy. The base also includes a digital answering system, to answer the call when you can't. Tapeless operation ensures reliable performance, the ability to selectively save and delete messages and remote access to retrieve messages when you're away from home.
