A Vision Scientific customer service representative will contact you within 2-4 business days to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and additional shipping instructions. This RMA# will only be valid for a period of 7 days after the date it was issued. Print the return label and RMA# and mark it on the packaging prior to shipping. You MUST have a Return Authorization Number in order to return any item. Please keep your original purchase order number nearby – you will need this for your Return Authorization to be processed. Your return item must be mailed out within 14 days after you have received your purchase. Your item must be in NEW and RE-SALEABLE condition in order to be accepted for return. Return items must be shipped in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund less the original shipping and handling cost. The use of other packaging materials may result in a deduction of up to 20% from the refund amount. Missing items or accessories from the return will result in a deduction of 25% or more from the refunded amount. Wrong Items If you have received an item in error that was not part of your original purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt.
