No. 9568 four-fold boxwood and brass Carpenters' rule with round joint. This example is clearly marked with the Winchester trademark. I rate this ruler in GOOD CONDITION overall. It is missing all 3 alignment pins, but still folds up nice and tight. Most of the numbers and markings are clear and easy to read.
