Description: I am selling hundreds of Navy ship tab patches that came from the estate of a long time retired US Navy pilot. These patches are vintage but don’t appear to have ever been sewn on a uniform. Condition is good to excellent and they are about 1/2" high. I have several of each so the patch you get will not be the one in the photo but will be equal to or better, in most cases. This listing is for Navy ships named “H – O”. Ships named after a person using a full name, such as "Wallace L. Lind", are listed alphabetically by last name. Please note that the ship listed as "James C. Ownes" in the Ship Name variation list is actually "James C. Owens". The photo is correct. Most of these ships were commissioned in the 1940s, 50s or 60s. Of the ones I looked up, the majority are destroyers, destroyer escorts, cruisers or frigates. Ships named "A-G" are in a second listing and ships named "P - W" are in a third.
