Description: Vintage Topstone Skull Skin With Hair Lock, No. 5024, still factory sealed in original packaging. This is number 3 that I have listed. I have several of these on hand. This looks like a mohawk style disguise. And from the looks of it, kind of falling apart inside from aging. This is probably 1960's or 1970's era I'm guessing. There is no year on the card to indicate year of manufacturing. Condition is great for its age except the fact that the latex inside looks to be crackling with age. The plastic is a little off center from the card as you can see. The card shows minor edge/corner wear and has a few light creases by the peg hook hole at the top.
