Vintage Tissot Rockwatch R150 Unisex in unusual Malachite stone

Description: Reluctantly reducing my collection of Rockwatches to make space for other types of watches, so will probably be listing severalmore over the coming weeks and months. This particular one is a handsome example of an R150 in the less often seen Malachite type stone, and is particularly attractive. The R150 is actually the mid-sized "Unisex" variant of Rockwatch, with a case diameter of 30mm, however this item is fitted with the longer, mens/unisex length strap, which will suit wrists from approximately 16-20cm around. The strap is a new and unused genuine and authentic Tissot Rockwatch item, in black leather - in itself a rare and nearly impossible to find object, which when available often cost well upwards of 60. Lovely, "carefully used" condition throughout (see close-up pictures to assess for yourself), both the one piece stone case and the original scratch resistant mineral crystal are free from any disfiguring scuffs, scratches, or chips. A brand new good quality leakproof silver oxide battery has recently been installed, and the Swiss quartz ETA 976.001 movement is keeping excellent time.
