This is a really cute “Calico Critters” Cloverleaf Corners collectible “LUXURY TOWNHOME” made by “Epoch”! When opened, and with the expandable floor in place, the “townhome” is approximately 13 1/4” tall, 21 1/4” long, 15 1/2” wide, and is made of a durable plastic. (See photos) It has a sturdy hinge so you can enjoy the home both open and closed! It has two levels with (4) large rooms with a room divider that creates a 5th room. (See photos #4 and #5) It has a movable staircase to put inside or outside, and an expandable floor to create even more space! There are (2) lights that you can turn on or off using the light switches on the walls! The battery compartment is on the outside at the base of the chimney, and requires (2) AA batteries that ARE NOT included. The lights have been tested and work well! See photos) It comes from a smoke free home and would be a perfect home for anyone’s “Calico Critters” family!
