Description: This is the 2nd of 2 in a collection of 2 complete sets of large (16'h x 8'7"w) gothic stain-glass windows/frames/casings, back up for sale after being sold and unable to procure reasonable shipping to Mexico. These were salvaged from a German Baptist Church here in Iowa that was built 1897 - 99. In late January 2012, I received word that this church was being demolished within the next few weeks, and I was welcome to salvage whatever I could. With the help of some friends, we got the mission accomplished. They were covered over with plywood for several years, and have been stored inside since their salvage. These photos/prices are for the one listed and the stained glass is in decent overall condition, with a couple of broken/cracked pieces in the upper arch windows. The lower windows have a few more missing/broken pieces. ( Zoom in on Photos to see) Included is replacement glass to make them complete for restoration.Circa: 1897-1899 Condition: Age Consistent with hanging in a church for 112+ years.
