Vintage SIMPSON 260 Series 8 Volt OHM Amp Multimeter w/ Case *MISSING PROBES*

Description: Unit has been tested to ensure the needle moves when measuring volts, ohms and amps; however I have not tested every setting or slot. I also do not know if it is giving accurate readings. The unit did measure a bit over 1.5v when I tested it on a AA battery though, so it seems to be in the right ballpark, as least for volts. The multimeter and case are in very good cosmetic condition with some wear, soiling, scratching, etc. The probes for this multimeter are missing. I managed to test this unit with probes from a different multimeter by holding the metal contacts together, but the plugs for this multimeter appears to be somewhat unique. Includes a soft cloth padded case. Multimeter uses one D size battery and one 9V battery (batteries not included).
