Description: Vintage Silk Bow Tie Dark blue woven silk twill with very thin red, gold and white stripes and a pattern of Scottish Thistle emblems in red and white. Adjustable with metal slides on a dark blue ribbon. Metal hook and clasp closure, so it is easily removeable when still tied. Labeled: Silk. Not labeled for store or maker. Often vintage bow ties with this type of ribbon adjustment are made in the U.K. but I can't say for certain. About 3.5" wide. Adjusts to a total length of 38.25". Pre-owned vintage silk bow tie in good condition; minor signs of wear in knot and slide areas, some wrinkling. Please see photos for details.
