It has slag glass sides and a mirror bottom glass topped with a highly detailed frosted floral, vine etched glass with a bevel oval center with a simple sailboat, birds and waves etched in the clear glass. It is all held together with what looks like brass corners and a fancy design on the top. Top has a very sturdy brass soldered wire and tube hinge.Must see to appreciate the quality of workmanship.It measures 7" long by 4.75" at the widest point and 1.75" high
