Description: Back in the day, some of the most popular work boots that people wore came from places like Sears, Kmart, and Wards. These private label boots were actually pretty decent, typically using full leather uppers, and the better ones using genuine Goodyear welt construction techniques (like these). Here’s a nice pair of close to NOS (new old stock) Sears men’s non-safety toe leather work boots in size 9.5 D. Likely from the 1970s or 1980s. Most of the vintage work boots like these seem to be insulated, and it’s tough to find a pair that’s not insulated with just plain unlined leather… but these are that…uninsulated plain unlined leather. Brown genuine leather upper with cool “Mont Blanc” (like Vibram) rubber lug outsole. Appear to be unworn with just very minor surface scuffs here and there on the leather, likely from storage over decades. Boots have been thoroughly conditioned with a high-quality conditioner, and the boots have new laces. Ready to wear! Very cool vintage looks with these!
