Description: Super cool vintage Schmidt’s Brewing “beer as beer should be” booklet. The first page is a letter from then President Carl E. von Czoering , great grandson of founder Christian Schmidt, promoting the pride of Schmidt’s writing “we hope that this little booklet-in a small way- may convey to you some of the reasons for this pride” The booklet goes on to give some history about brewing and of the company, model pictures of the brew sites and so much more! Awesome pictures along with brew techniques and facts about Schmidt’s. I could not locate a date of publication anywhere. Based on the years of von Czoering’s presidency & the Cleveland brewery acquisition being noted in the booklet I am guessing it was published sometime between 1964-1972 (however not 100%) sure. Booklet in very good-excellent condition, no tears , rips or even folds to the pages. Some very minor color fading on the back & front cover (see last 2 pictures) This is a rare item (could not find a comp for sale or sold anywhere ) & a must have for your Schmidt’s or Brewer collector.
