Description: This is a great history behind the San Juan revival pieces. Along with the San Juan Pueblo returned to Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo. It was in 1930 that a group of Eight Women who began this San Juan pottery revival to bring back the history and pottery making lost art. I'm not sure of the exact age of this piece. This is all handmade. You can feel the hand and finger marks on the inside where it was formed. The polychrome style is fine where part of the bowl is polished with a stone and part is a matte finish. Measures 3" tall 6.5" wide. This is thicker in the middle.
