Description: Vintage Royal Dresdner Art Carl Schumann Bavaria Green Panels Plate 12" and 8 1/4" Period: 1920-1940 Dimensions: 12" or 8" in diameter, please make a choice while purchasing or choose both). Design/decoration/description: Classic Carl Schumann panel plate with flowers on green quatrefoils and courting scenes on white ones. Lip is not reticulated but having a slightly raised geometrical key running around it. Flowers and gold on the lip, edges also gilded. It will enhance any room decor: living room, family, bedroom or display in the entry hall. A feast for a collector of German/Bavarian porcelain ware. Back Stamp/Mark: "Dresden Schumann Bavaria Royal Dresdner Art Carl Schumann Bavaria Made in Bavaria" printed in blue underglaze.
