Description: Vintage, Radiola Model 61-8 AM radio, that is in good working condition. Radio is able to receive stations quite readily once the tubes warm up, with minimal background noise. Both knobs turn smoothly and properly and the dial indicator functions properly as well. The power cord is in very good condition, still plyable. The body is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks and has simply been polished with Novus, which is made for polishing plastics and bakelite. The brown swirls in the bakelite really standout out well when the radio is polished. One of the wooden dowels that holds the antenna in place on the rear of the radio is missing. This can easily be replaced. Great looking radio to add to your collection. In order to ensure safe delivery, the radio will be double boxed. Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered.
