Description: Hello friends and welcome, Here we have a knife that I have had since 1973 when it was made, I purchased it at the end of 1973 and this knife was made in the 3rd quarter of 1973 as you can look up the serial number on the puma web site.You can see where Puma tested the Rockwell hardness of this blade on the plain blade right in from of the thumb opening slot, this company goes above and beyond to insure the blades meet their strict standards. I kept this knife in great shape and didn't carry it much, only when I went hunting, both the bone saw and the plain blade are razor sharp and they open and close like when they were new, I don't remember ever using the bone saw at all. The condition is excellent for this knife being 51 years old, there are some very tiny superficial marks here and there but nothing that detracts from the real beauty of this knife, it was very well taken care of.The knife fits absolutely perfect into it's sheath with zero wiggle room and that is a perfect fit.
